Well, I never hoped to have to raise an issue like this.... but it seems preparations may be taking place for the possible incaceration of large numbers of the poulace. This could be linked to the bird flu agenda, which i feel is a complete NWO tactic related to reduction of the global population, whilst vaccinating people with harmful substances and making a truckload of cash in the process. The H5N1 (bird flu) virus, like AIDS, is a biologically enginneered weapon, perfect for the motives of the black magicians that currently occupy and run our domain (planet).
I remember last year reading an article on the front page of the dominion stating that in the event of a possible outbreak of bird-flu, Kapiti island would be a possible quarrantine site. Considering Kapiti island is home to our native bird sancturary , I feel this is a poorly thought out decision (!!??). I kinda lost faith that day if you know what i mean .... . Anyway... an alternitive site may be under construction. Watch the following utube vid and see for yourself. I sincerely hope I am completely mistaken....

I went to Trentham on wednesday with secondfield to see this site for myself and was pretty surprised by the recent construction and the new 10 foot high electric fence on the inside. It certainly looks like its designed to keep people in and not out!
The new construction just doesnt add up unless it is to be used as a quarrantine or incarceration centre in the advent of a pandemic scare. Interesting also the presence of some military people when this is clearly marked as a civilian site. Also the government Research Roadshow bus, what might its purpose be? to educate people about pandemic and do on the spot health checks? The place is ideal for the purposes of a detention centre. No housing nearby, military base next door, railway close by and easy to secure. See these pics for examples of the fresh electric fencing still been put up, even though this site is virtually unused.

Sites like this are popping up all over the western world including Australia, recenlt one was seen in the outskirts of sydney also, an unused field with 10 foot high electric fencing also, just a coincidence, there are hundreds of these sites in the USA that have been filmed and photographed. Even more chilling is the boxcars with shackles and guillotines that have been photographed in the US. This is just like nazi germany on a global scale, its real! and some may laugh now, just as they did in germany when no-one believed it was happening untill it was too late. Its happening here now, preperations are been put in place to fool the world into a birdflu scam that will allow the incarceration of all people deemed a threat to the plan, and the only excuse they need is that you have flu lik symptoms or any other excuse they see fit to use. The pandemic awareness bill in new zealand allows all this and more to be done if and when Helen deems its nessesary. Wake up people. Helen is in on this global scam and par tof the NWO adgenda and always was. Just like Howard, Blair and Bush, and the UN for that matter. Time is running out, the second half of this year could be the start of this next phase with a huge attack on america to bring in martial law and collapse the global economy, then hit us with bird-flu shortly after while people are still in shock it will be easy to convince the sheep that we need to close borders and restrict food and have curfews and round up people etc...

Yeah, It was a daunting sight to be greeted with in the back of our own yard... We filmed over waitangi weekend after discovering it last friday while taking my partner for a driving lesson. Had just finished reading an UNCENSORED magazine brief on det centers and seeing some FEMA camp u tube videos... dont want those sort of coincidences to happen too often. It just seemed all too close to home... the perfect spot for the agenda mongers, wedged bettween a prison (rimutaka) and military camp plus a police dog training facility thrown in for good measure. Go see for yourselves, and dont be shy to speculate and make some noise.

Mmm...you may find these pages of interest too.

Here's an article on the "stuff.co.nz" site that mentions the GM building.
http://www.stuff.co.nz/stuff/3929525a6160.html

Many things in that article sound Dodgy to me...how 'bout you?

Here's another....
http://www.gw.govt.nz/story19332.cfm

Notice the second to last paragraph mentions the GM building:
Quote:
Biosecurity at Wallaceville and the former General Motors site.

Will be interesting to see if the "Biosecurity" site decides to change there stance on the bird flu, cause atm they seem to be fairly unconcerned. In fact they go to great lengths to assure ppl there's nothing to worry about.
http://www.biosecurity.govt.nz/pest-and-disease-response/pests-and-diseases-watchlist/bird-flu
Rather odd considering the governments stance on the issue.

ok !
sounds like your on to something there night_owl, thats a good confirmation that its a biosecurity area indeed, that really is quite telling, cheers!
Also the fact that it ties in with Wallaceville site, as that is where they are supposedly housing the H5N1 strain for comparisons if birds start to die here.
It was reported in scoop sometime back that we have the deadly strain here in wellington, its been shipped all over the world for doing 'comparisons' with, sounds very convenient and dodgy to me...

Biosecurity at wallaceville, @ number 33 (!?) whakatiki street, driven past the place a few times, cripes' thats an eye opener. Never realised it was a biosecurity lab...just found out from a local they do animal testing there and all sorts, apparently there have been protests in the past at the site. Its 5 minutes drive from the old GM factory. The plot thickens..

From the article on stuff.co.nz
http://www.stuff.co.nz/stuff/3929525a6160.html

Quote:
About 200 personnel are now housed outside Defence House. When the project started Defence intended to cut this to 100. But reductions in the space available meant "approximately 400 NZDF personnel are now expected to be located outside the new building".

This number is expected to decrease when Defence finishes relocating some of its functions.

It recently signed up to lease office space at the old General Motors assembly plant at Trentham, to serve as the base for its new joint logistics support organisation.

Spokesman Mike Shatford said Defence had about 800 staff in Wellington. The building was approved before the Government decided to build up defence over the next 10 years. More project staff were needed, and it also had to house senior air force staff in Wellington, pending Ohakea's redevelopment.

We can see that there is a new join juristictional task force of some sort set up in the GM building, could this be related to managing a potential pandemic? perhaps joint police and military personel working together to 'manage' biosecurity...
I remember some time back searching for the report about wallaceville lab recieving the h5n1 strain for testing and that they had upgraded the lab recently to a higher rating or something... but i havnt been able to find that news item anywhere, will have annother look, it all adds up tho, kinda convienient that we have the birdflu housed here.. isnt that also the lab that lady got some weird rare illness from recently?

Scientists import bird flu virus

Jun 16, 2006

New Zealand scientists have brought the deadly H5N1 birdflu virus into the country to help identify the virus if we have suspected cases here.

The dangerous substance is being stored in the country's highest security laboratory at Wallaceville near Wellington and will be used by scientists to test suspected cases here.

Wallaceville manager Joseph O'Keefe says the sample will be used as a reference to test for the virus.

"It's been imported here from Australia so scientists can rule out suspected cases here," he says.

"We only brought in about a teaspoon full. That's really all we need. We will be growing it up so we will be producing a small amount more than we need to do the testing."

The virus is stored in vials and then locked inside a freezer. Staff must wear special suits while in the area and shower after leaving to ensure they don't carry traces of it. out.

But, O'Keefe says they are in little real danger.

"There really is a minimal risk. Obviously when you are dealing with a dangerous agent there will be a risk, but the staff are very well trained."

Although bird flu has spread quickly among birds species around the world there is still no evidence it can pass from human to human.

Experts say it is likely an outbreak in New Zealand would begin in waterfowl. Birds with suspected infections of the H5N1 virus are tested at Wallaceville.

Biosecurity expert Ron Thornton says the H5N1 sample is important because it will be used so scientists know what they are looking for when they test for bird flu.

"If we don't know that they are not H5N1 we won't be able to rule it out, and that means that we won't be able to respond appropriately."

If bird flu hit here the Ministry of Health estimates that about $1.5 million people would become ill and 33,000 would die.

pretty scary stuff... i think that importing idea is a scam or some sort, surely science has advanced enough now that they can record the viral print of birdflu in some way as to not actually need a live version for testing.. sounds like a convienient excuse for holding the virus here?
