I havent tried it myself as I have a Water Ozonater that I use eveyday for a variety of things. When you ozonate water you get Hydrogen Peroxide as a by-product.

As stated in the article, you must use diluted FOODGRADE Hydrogen Peroxide for any internal applications.

Never engage in any therapy unless you have fully informed yourself on the dangers and benefits. Always check with your medical proffesional before embarking on alternative therapies.

I've done the H2O2 solution before in the States(US) it was great.

I recommend the Tesla Plasma Ozonator as well, plus sucking on pure Oxygen and taking about 5gm of vItamin C per day, plus some walnuts or omega 3 oils and maybe the odd shot of vitamin B12 from time to time for fantastic health and mental well being.

How long do you leave your air rock in the water before you drink it.

It's also great to put in the bath for your skin, although i havent tried that at home on at freaky health spa in California(haha).

I would love to open a oxygen/ozone bar here in NZ but I've been a little worried about the un educated market here or lack of it anyway. Clearly there is a need to get rev'd up here looking at coffeee and V drink sales.

I have had excellent results ozonating a 425ml glass of water for 5 minutes. I always add a few ice cubes to the water before bubbling ozone through it, it helps the water to become more ozone saturated.

Here in Wellington one of the party pill shops has opened an oxygen bar. They charge $1 per minute (min 5 minutes).

Wish we had an oxygen bar up here in auckland, I have read small doses of magic mushrooms are also very good for health and the winter slows, and we have a large number of them that grow in nz, I'll be testing it out shortly next winter(or like now its been cold enough haha).

Go Datsuns I was almost going to come down for that concert.

I have just ordered the book "Flood your body with oxygen" by Ed Mcabe.

I have read so many good things about this book. Has anyone here read this?
