I've just heard a radio report that an asthma inhaler prescribed for children contains sufficient alcohol to register a 'fail' on the police breathtest for alcohol!
With the use of the 'spacer' for administration to children, the concentration of alcohol is increased!
I'm not going to attempt to quote the figures just in case I've misheard those, but is this appears to be yet another case of 'watch this space' :x

Thanks for that Melody.
The focus of the concern on the radio item was the fact that children were getting the alcohol, and the 'spacer' was implicated in the concentration of it.
