The US has been developing direct energy weaponry systems for at least the last 10 years. The US Army and US Airfoce, in disclosed studies and research, have recognised that paranormal warfare, using the human mind as the battlefield, is where the future of defense technology is heading. These electromagnetic devices have the potential to alter an individual or groups thought processes and apparently can influence weather patterns, amongst other things. The US Defense Secretary in 1997 was evenly publicly expressing concern about eco-terrorists who have access to this technology and could use it for their nefarious purposes (not that the US military would'nt use it for their own nefarious agendas!)
I was reading that aluminium particles that can be released by CTs create favorable atmospheric conditions for utilising electromagnetic direct energy systems. In some instances there could be some connection between CTs and these direct energy systems. Even if not there is still an international concern about the use of these electromagnetic devices. The US Army has disclosed that the advantage of using these direct energy systems is deniability. That seems to be always be the case with them. Pricks.
I have heard of the term HAARP being used. Is HAARP related to this electromagnetic technology?
We are in no doubt that chemtrails modify the atmosphere to make it amenable to the use of electromagnetic weapons, military communications and weather modification processes. We are also in no doubt that the fallout from these operations are harmful to the health of those in heavily sprayed areas and may even precipitate mortality through, primarily, severe respiratory disease in a vulnerable segment of the population.
Our first priority has been to determine the extent of spraying in New Zealand, to try to understand the scope and frequency of aerosol operations, What is apparent, so far is that:
1/ Many commercial jets (some, not all) are, as a matter of course, at cruising altitude, creating persistent trails that turn into cirrus type clouds that spread and linger for many hours. What was once rare is now commonplace. This cannot be attributed only to the increase in air traffic.
2/ There are areas that get special treatment. The north of the South Island (Marlborough, Nelson/Motueka, Golden Bay) and the Far North of the North Island are two such areas. This is determined by the observation of random, non-standard-flight-path trails. In other words an extrapolation of the trails indicate aircraft that come from nowhere and are going nowhere…
Now, what they are spraying and why, as it relates to our country, we are unable to determine at this time, though some useful info has just started to trickle in. What we need is to build our team (members of this forum), into a widespread research unit. Especially needed are those of technical inclination who are prepared to observe, take samples and present the results of lab analysis for publication in this forum. The only way, as far as we know, to determine the manifestation of HAARP/ electromagnetic over New Zealand is the observation of anomalous high altitude cloud patterns. This sort of thing:

I see Australia, Darwin in particular is to play host to operation “Tropical Warm Pool International Cloud Experiment.”
The experiment is a large multi-agency experiment including substantial contributions from the United States DOE ARM program, NASA, the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, CSIRO, EU programs and many universities.
The “experiment” is to start sometime in late 2005 early 2006. Apparently they will be studying (?) the cirrus clouds down under.
Wow, and what an array of toys they will be bringing with them too, including UAV's and other craft capable of 60,000 ft + altitude. I wonder whether they intend to use any trace gasses such as Perfluorocarbons during the experiments (See thread re perfluorocarbons)

For the theistic amongst us 8) it is quite amusing :lol: to hear about these peculiar :? people who think that they can posses manipulate and control something which is out of their hands and does not belong to them. Its not the first time foolish people :evil: have tried to become so-called Gods. Due to an incomplete understanding of the Whole the plans of these types of entities usually backfire on them :roll: because they neglect to bring the Ultimate Source of everything (Krsna) into the picture. They have their plans and Krsna has His. :wink:
especially as I have been witnessing these same types of clouds here in wellington 2-3 times a week lately!! in fact they are so common here now i notice them all the time from our view in brooklyn on the hill to out in petone where i work and above the CBD in town also, these odd shaped clouds and strange geometrical shapes i feel are to do with high freq experiments as others have mentioned. Its quite sickening actually to think that our government is allowing this kind of thing to happen. I feel they are and its not a case of them been kept in the dark but more likely our best interests are simply not a factor in their equation. I will post a few of these odd photos tuesday ...
