Im from Campbells Bay, Auckland, New Zealand
There is a chemtrail above my house right now, when i looked up and saw it I was truley shocked as it has now been confirmed, they do come to my area its long as hell, theres a part in the middle where its been "Turned off" i tryed to take photos but i think i just whiped everything on my mums camera, shes not gonna be happy
anyway ive had headaches all day... this is messed up.. |

Hi Bloodhound,
did you actually see this trail being made?
If so what direction was the jet travelling.?
What time did you wtness this?
Would be great to see the pix on the gallery.

Hi,
We saw this trail last night as well (and guess what - we left the camera at home :!: ). We were visiting a house in Kohimaramara and walked out at 7.25pm and our son saw it straight away. We looked up at a clear, cloudless blue sky and there was this massive trail. From our perspective it looked like it was pointed downwards. It was thicker at the top end and broke off at the narrow end. I walked further to see past some trees and found it had started again for a short length - broken and then resumed as Bloodhound said and often a characteristic of chemtrails.
It was very dramatic as there were no other clouds around. We were looking towards the waterfront and it appeared to travel over towards Rangitoto Island due northish. It would have been obvious to a hell of a lot of people from the waterfront as it is a hub of activity on a Saturday night with all the restaurants there. We then explained to the lady we were visiting what we understood it to be. She remarked that she had heard of them before but of them occuring overseas.

sadly i did not see it bieng made, its interesting how Carus also saw the break in the chemtrail, because like him, I also had to look over some trees and completely missed it the first time i looked.
it was so big :/ i thought the americans got the big ones and NZ just got a little dose... it was massive, and so blatent,,,
u know i seriously think they have "programmed" kids through television to look at these things and automatically forget about them,, there imagination somehow ties this with an airforce plane spraying white smoke at an airshow... and therefore it is harmless... |

they came back again, i didnt see the plane spraying it which pisses me off but when i looked there was an old style plane flying round, and they have been flying round ALL day.. anyway this time i told my friend who lives a couple suburbs away and he can see it too!!
he has a digital camera so without further or do, i present to you, the North Shore Chemtrails in full colour...

its far far brighter from where im standing, but that is probably due to the camera

[Great to have more photographic testimony. This image however, is way too big to include within the body of a post and it messes with the layout of the board - and is causing the page to download too slowly. I have replaced it with a link to the file instead

Hi Carus and Bloodhound,
I too saw and photo'd a CT last night about 1930hrs. I did not actually see this one being made but I had been scanning the skies about 10 minutes prior to seeing this one.
It was many miles east of my location and I got the distinct impression it was heading in a southerly direction (towards Auckland, down the east coast)
I will post the photos to the gallery later on tonight. I have the feeling that this is probably part of the same CT you guys saw.
I also Photo'd another one today about 1015hrs, virtually in the same position.
I will post these as well.

Just got back from Blenheim earlier today - looks like quite a bit has been happening up here in Auckland while we were away....
Thanks Bloodhound for uploading those - they look great. We'll make those live soon.
Well it was pretty eventful down in Blenheim over the last couple of days too. We'll post some photos soon. We got off the plane in Auckland this morning, collected our baggage and went out the main exit. Next thing we see an absolutely staggering contrail being formed right over the main control tower! We'll make a posting in the Reporting area and will upload some photos tonight. Sounds like the same sort of persistent and spreading contrail seen by people over the Auckland skies yesterday.
I'll say something is happening. :? Once again, you just never used to see this... |

Nice welcome home display for you! Those are some wonderful photographs John and Melody, paticularly the ones with the control tower in the foreground.

We saw this same phenomenon a couple of months ago in Titirangi, on a morning walk. Like you, we had never seen this before. It looked really amazing. There was a kind of hazy cloud cover in the sky. The plane came through and cut right through it, leaving quite a clear line. Then a second plane followed it seconds later and flew straight up the passage made by the first plane.
A wierd thing about the first plane was a couple of odd, very sharp, dark shadows it seemed to be casting against the cloud cover, although, from the position of the sun, these shadows shouldn't have been where they were. |

This is apparently called a distrail:
"The dissipation of a cloud along a path of a vehicle, such as an aircraft. Air turbulence and hot engine exhaust often cause cloud droplets to evaporate along the path of the craft, forming a distrail. This is the opposite of a contrail, where condensation is encouraged by the aircraft and occurs at higher altitudes. Distrails often form at lower altitudes through a deck of clouds." |
