New World Order researcher Freeman of The Freeman Perspective, spoke about his theories of what chemtrails are used for during the Truth Frequency Radio show, with Chris Geo and Sheree on August the 30th, 2010.

The statements in question were made from 1 hour and 5 minutes into the show.
He was asked what he thought the chemtrail program was for and replied that in the first Gulf War, barium was being fed to the insurgents and chemtrails were used to feed it to them, as this enabled them to be tracked.
He went on to say that he has identified two main functions for the chemtrails. He said the two main ingredients are aluminium (Al) and barium, (Ba) and with Al inside you, you will become an antenna, a receptor for the electromagnetic frequency devices being used, such as HAARP – and if you breathe in Ba, you will show up on the X-band radar.
“You shine like a beacon on a radar,” he offers.
Freeman also mentioned that “they” will be able to work out when people gather. The Ba will make running and hiding far more difficult.
He also stated he went to the Rainbow gathering, which was comprised of between 10-20,000 people, and that on the official start up date, chemtrails appeared in the middle of the woods over the people. He said he usually went there two weeks early and didn’t see any chemtrails until the official start up date.
In addition, he mentioned that there was a meeting in Tucson, Arizona called the Gem and Mineral Show, http://arizonabeaddog.com/ re: selling gems and minerals and people were only using cash, (which is untraceable). He said they chemtrailed very heavily indeed and people became sick as a result of heavy metal poisoning.
I recommend that people listen to what he said, as I didn't include it all and it's so interesting, do plenty of research into the issues and subscribe to Truth Frequency Radio! It is great.

I always had a problem with the assertion here that if you breathe in barium, they can track you on the x-band radar; you shine like a beacon
We know you can be tracked with your mobile phone, and maybe the barium stearate that has been widely reported is for some other purpose.

Well if people can't accept at least that those sitting in their assumed places of power are so because they are indeed Machiavellian, even without accepting all this stuff about chemtrails or any other so-called conspiracy "theory", then there's no hope for them ever seeing anything really. History teaches us a lot, that's why history is very quickly rewritten and damaging history (to the ones we speak of) is buried even quicker. All one has to do is look at the HUGE list of scum in any position of power who have ever been caught doing something corrupt, and the key word is "caught", to see that it is not only rife but in fact a prerequisite to climbing above the lower rungs! The higher you climb, the more Machiavellian by nature! Remember - "survival of the (so-called) fittest by any means" is their code... Another thing to remember, as history has also taught this too, is that any minion below them, be it at the bottom of the heap or the next rung down, is expendable and just there to be used as a climbing aid - all the remuneration in the world doesn't change that.

Stuff like this has been around for a while no doubt. When most laptops started coming out with built-in webcams & mics some people were either removing them or just replacing their screens (& surrounds) with ones that didn't have those "features".
This is certainly another one of those situations where the general public has been well-trained to accept their virtual chains and LOVE them in the process. Just imagine all those people who bought Eyetoys, Playstation Eyes, XBox Live Visions, Kinects & other cam & motion sensing devices for game consoles alone wriggling around in their lounges & bedrooms in front of these devices in "virtual" interaction with some game. All now have online capability and as you've seen with ALL devices now, the online component & interaction with your so-called/virtual "friends" around the world is being promoted BIGTIME. The latest generation of TVs are really just an obvious extension of what we already know is a very effective mass programming device. Something done in the name of entertainment is very easy to sell and how many slaves would even consider the full range of possibilities that this technology has this far down the track even though it's obvious to a few? Not many, if any. The "alter" in the central lounge location is the perfect "all-seeing eye" position for monitoring & recording activity in most households. Coupled with the fact that you face it for all interaction (biometrics) and you have the perfect all-in-one slave monitoring device total-interaction platform for all commerce, etc.
Methinks a simple digital projector for watching any visual media is probably your best option at the moment... 8)
