this might sound a little speculative , because it is
what if the HAARP installation (s) , combined with chemtrails , are not based on the antique physical science of watts and volts and amps , but on an exploitation of subtler energies , such as those posited by Reich , Steiner , Constable , et al.?
i've just got around to looking at the Constable material , via the Singapore commercial arm

i've noticed headaches , energy fluctuations , that seem to correspond to chem activity , bearing in mind that it must take quite a while for the sprayed particles to descend to earth , this must be psychosomatic , which is a good possibility , because this thing annoys me, or electromagnetic , or resonant on some other , perhaps subtler plane?
what if the stuff spread around about HAARP using megawattsand gigawatts is just disinfo? this can't be intended to fox the Russians , surely , but only us
what if a few people , like Constable , with similar skills , were able to break all droughts , everywhere , anytime ? quickly and easily? from what Trevor Constable reports , this is not at all far-fetched
