Another full day of sketchy cloud all over the place changing dramatically as the day wore on. Didn't take any photos of clouds as it's pretty samey on a regular basis now. However, just when I thought I was beginning to lose any ability to be in the right place at the right time I spotted me one o' dem trails tings!
Again, as with just about everything I've spotted in Auckland it was another stop-start one rather than the classic lines ruapaka documents but again in a similar location, after a day of sktchy looking stuff up there and about the same time I've seen a few things now. However, again unfortunately this was spotted being laid as I was driving in a built-up suburban area so I had to stop in a location from which I could get a decent shot so was first captured 5-10mins after the aircraft stopped spurting. Here we go then -
Although first spotted from the Mt. Roskill area I ended up taking this from White Swan Road, heading towards Lynfield at approx 5.15pm (hindsight tells me I should have driven to the top of Mt. Roskill itself, doh!). Look to the second shot for the line to follow - trail was laid in about 3-4 bursts -
This next one was taken from Blockhouse Bay approx 5-10mins later and is already spreading slightly and looking to blend in with other clouds -
And this was the sun looking just to the right of where that last photo was taken - pretty obvious corona but this has been a VERY common occurrence recently (sorry, this was taken through a smaller sunglass lens than normal to cut down glare and I must have moved slightly) -
And an example of the amazing colours of tonight's sunset (which my little camera does no real justice). It got even a little pinker for about 5 mins or so after I took this if that's possible to imagine -

Sounds like much the same sky down this way ... clear until avo when cirrus began building ... I watched a northbound plane cross the valley around 11am - I had watched three others earlier in morn and no trails ... except this one 'farted' a poof of trail matter then 2 secs later kicked in to contrail ... contrail?? and continued out of sight with 'normal' contrail ... mmmm
I kept a check on the sky and not any trails-in-progress, nor visible signs of old ones ... that is until around 6:30pm when a full on PT was streaming northbound - cirrus wispy forms as its backdrop. Here's a enlarged crop of a pic I got - quick & rough ... and I spotted something else.
28th - 6:17pm - facing NNW ... brightness and contrast adjusted

| Always in pairs those "something elses" aren't they?! :wink: Even the majority of overseas photos show the same thing from what I've seen. Very interesting... |

Are those a couple of orbs there too...
I believe you are living under or around one of the most powerful vortex spots in NZ (smashdracs mentioned this also). Its possible a disturbance of the etheric in that area will precipitate these PT's, and associated effects (orbs, coloured spectra etc). Or maybe they are spraying something to instigate a reaction of some sort when used in conjuction with applied electromagnetic fields etc...
Thats why the NSA took such an interest in the area in the early 60's and its been NZ's ufo hotspot for a century or more.
Keep an eye out for 'odd' people living in your area ;-).
Many with esoteric/occult outlooks will know about this area and seek to establish themselves there to utilise or manipulate the unique energy combinations present. It seems to be an area where a rainbow bridge (to quote Jose Arguelles) could be created.
It appears to be a place where the integrated geomagnetic and bio-psychic field is intensified.

I saw that on the photos too but just assumed it was a bird. Because my camera's not capable of catching decent resolution I can't really assume anything else as this looks like other birds and even aircraft that I've caught before on photos ie. just a blob. When you blow them up they just look like a mess of pixels. Therefore - it could be "anything" so I err on the side accepting it as a natural phenomena while I'm using such a simple image catching device :oops:
Here's a couple of zooms from the original just done in Irfanview with no resample and same dpi. Pretty messy as you can see and no way you could tell what that was...

| What I find interesting about the apparent angle of this trail is that it appears the aircraft would have been descending towards the west which in this area takes you into the Tasman Sea. Surely a commercial aircraft heading that way would be ascending unless it was going to turn and come back towards the airport? Its very difficult to judge distance and trajectory unless you know the exact height of the aircraft...
It very well could be following its regular flight path at a 10-14 Km cruising altitude and just 'appears' to be descending as it follows the curve of the earth.
This altitude (>9km) is where regular contrails are supposed to form. Dunno bout those PT's tho..
But then again aircraft leaving Akl would take some time to reach cruising altitiude (39000ft) and probably wouldnt do so until well out over the tasman ie over the horizon out of view..... |

Am just halfway thru Bruce Cathies books and have just watched his DVD.Sort makes me pissed I didnt take my 6th form maths more seriously.His research is over my head but I think I want to spend the rest of my life trying to learn more about his equations,hes a true Kiwi hero.That spiral chemtrail we photographed last year was right over the top of one of his grid lines(the one that passes thru Durville Island.) So it has definitley got me thinking alot more. :grey: |

I actually grabbed this from another source recently as a wma (56min 39secs) and have still only listened to the first few minutes so far. I'm assuming the mp3 above is the same length. I also don't really know Ghost Radio - I just found the link now so may have to listen to some of their stuff when I have time as well now.
