One of the most amazing electrical storms I've seen in ages has been happening, and still is at time of typing, off the East Coast of Auckland tonight! VERY numerous lightning flashes right across the sky all behind the clouds out at sea. Watched a helicopter (busy cops?) tonight head across there into the distance from West Auckland obviously just to have a look. Hope some of you others witnessed this amazing show! Just dialed this up online as I knew somebody was bound to have posted something -

When I just went back to refresh the page the author had updated the article slightly and added some impressive photos! Click the link above and check out the hail on the Kaimais! And people are still buying that global warming crap?!!! Will pop this in that forum as well! :wink:
