Sorry about delay ... first chance ..
About midday on 21 Nov before persistent trails were noticed ... some spectacular cirrus forms later in avo - expecting trails. Saw some contrails, but not observed persistent trails being laid until not long after dark - 1 northbound ... approx hour later - 3 in a row, all northbound and about the same width (same age).
We have had a bit of cloud cover of late - but I have twice caught glimpse of persistent trails in small openings between clouds.
We have the most delicious rain falling as I type (22nd) - like a blanket of soft mild rain - the gardens will be loving it. High rainfall predicted for hereabouts.
