A private prosecution has been filed in the Auckland District Court over John Key ’s failure to disclose a financial interest in Trans-Rail. Asserts Penny Bright: “Because neither the Police nor the Serious Fraud Office have decided to investigate my complaint against John Key, I have taken a private prosecution myself.”

Ms. "Bright" lol! I tell ya - this whole thing is playing out quite to close to my own feelings about what'll happen leading up to and during this election :wink: In discussions with friends I mentioned a few things I could see happening based on all kinds of happenings, announcements & things even including slogans the parties have used this year! This event has actually ticked off one of those things, not surprisingly to me but it'll be good to see the face of a friend who thought I was just blowing smoke!
