Do you seek genuine, sincere, honest, and capable political candidates? People with strength, experience, wisdom, integrity, humility, intelligence and compassion? People whom you may confidently permit to be your constitutional representatives? People that can be entrusted with positions of significant responsibility and influence? People that you can rely on to make decisions for the good of us all?

Have you ever felt apathetic or cynical about the process of voting? Have you ever sensed that there is a lack of real choice available because of the absence of good quality political representation?

Have you ever been suspicious of the actions of your national or local government authorities? Have you ever doubted your elected representatives and public servants holding office for their ability to provide you with good government that has your best interests at heart?

Have you ever questioned the quality of character of those in office who make decisions that impact on our whole society? Have you ever felt that many of these people may just be acting in their own interests, and in doing so merely serving the more ruthless, rapacious interests of others more wealthy and powerful than themselves?

Have you ever questioned the intelligence or the motives of our local and national public service officials given their stated intentions and the contrasting results they often manage to achieve? Have you noticed that we have less time to spend with our friends, loved ones and families? Have you noticed that the cost of living is continually rising and yet our quality of life is decreasing?

Have you ever thought that it is better to have as little interaction as possible with state authorities or considered anonymity as a preferred option?

If you can relate to any of these sentiments then this could be the beginning of something new for you and for us. It is out of a sheer lack of good alternatives that we are now taking part in a venture to improve the quality of our government. In doing so we seek to create a greater level of equality and sustainable prosperity for us all.

So we are starting a party, but not a party in the usual sense. The No Confidence Party's single policy is very simple. It is the policy of people’s advocacy. We will represent the people’s interests by holding all Members of Parliament, government ministries and public servants to account on their policies and under the law. Our one and only policy is to hold the other parties to their policies, and maintain the people’s position in parliament. We will make the government 100% accountable to the people.

If any member of government waivers from their pledges or if the people demand a new course of action or policy change then we will represent the people by withdrawing our supply of confidence immediately, until it can be proven to be accepted by the people that good government is what is being provided.

By allowing or limiting supply of confidence which may be needed in order for a majority of votes to be achieved in parliament for bills to be passed, we act as the people's representative. In this way the voice of the people will be heard and adhered to or the government’s ability to function will be inhibited.

We will provide direct and immediate access to parliament for the people via constituent affidavits (sworn truthful statements) that will verify people's concerns. Upon receiving any such complaint or request, we will conduct investigations and actions designed to provide opportunities for remedies of any breaches or failures.

The No Confidence Party will be an avenue for constituents to gain personal entry into the House of Parliament, where they will be able to present their own issues before the House so that remedies can then be provided. The No Confidence Party will also act on the people’s behalf in this capacity by presenting matters to the House for those who prefer it or for those who are unable to do so themselves. To this end, the people will be able to express their will more powerfully and the actions carried out in parliament will reflect the people’s genuine interests. Not those exclusively of central banks, multinational corporations, their media subsidiaries, or the corrupt politicians, bureaucrats and judiciary that supports them.
Become a member and vote No Confidence!

Do you seek a real and powerful alternative to the traditional schizophrenic two-horse, get-nowhere race that New Zealanders have historically taken part in? It’s a race that costs our nation billions.

For what reason do we continue to empower parties that have consistently failed to serve the New Zealand people? For what reason should we allow the exchange and sharing of national power to be divided between the same few parties when those parties have abused our trust so many times before?

When one government after the next has proven itself to be dishonest and irresponsible, can we just continue to wait for the level of damage caused by the party in power to become intolerable before we demand change? And then expect genuine change by simply handing over power to the other party that has caused similar levels of damage in the past? Do you think that to keep voting for the same parties but expecting different results is perhaps a form of collective national madness that should end? Are these parties really serving the majority of people of New Zealand?

If this resonates with you and if you truly desire positive, effective, holistic, powerful and encompassing change, greater sustainable development, social cohesion and care in your life, then become a No Confidence Party member. It is not too late to make a difference in our collective future.

To register as a member, which is the single most important immediate action needed for us to continue moving forward at this time, please fill in our registration form. The electoral commission requires that all party members be paid up members. So there is a ten-dollar membership fee. In exchange, you will receive a three-year No Confidence Party membership confirmation, our guarantee of action and an open invitation to get involved. Bank details and payment options can be found on our registration form.

Due to our uniquely simple yet powerful strategy, we can have an effect on government just by registering as a party alone. Our ability to function in your interest need not require any further political action on your part. You may still vote for whomever you like. Regardless of what happens during the election process, if we can achieve 500 members we can then register as a party with the electoral commission. Once registered, we will have a protected political platform enshrined in law, which we can then use to benefit the people of New Zealand.

Because we represent a genuine alternative to conventional party politics and because we seek to have a significant and immediate effect on the New Zealand political landscape, the No Confidence Party will not be listed on the electoral ballot form, nor will we have candidate's listed on the ballot form. But we will register as a party with the electoral commission once we have achieved 500 members. This is a conscious and strategic differentiation that is purposefully unique to set us apart from the other parties. It is in line with whom we represent.

We represent all dissatisfied New Zealanders. All invalid votes, no votes, or those eligible but who have not voted and all voting forms marked: NC, N/C or No Confidence, shall be taken as a vote of No Confidence for the current political regime, and as a vote in favour of the No Confidence Party.

You can still give us your party vote and that will assist us to be even more successful in this campaign. You can do this by simply crossing the ballot paper right across the page with two straight lines, similar to the way in which you might cross a cheque, and in between those lines clearly write either: No Confidence, NC or N/C. This shall be taken as a vote in favour of the No Confidence Party. All list party candidates are to be selected via caucus forum in collaboration with No Confidence Party members.

If as constituents we are truly and genuinely confident do you think we will vote? Apathy that is felt by people who do not vote is often caused by a lack of genuine confidence in the system.

All transactions and party accountancy records are fully transparent and all information is openly available to all. All membership fees will go entirely towards administration set up and running costs for the No Confidence Party.
