In the last year or so my health has taken a big dive. I suffer from severe food allergies and was diagnosed at the hospital today with 6 new allergies.
My last visit to my GP revealed that my files had been lost or disappeared from from their practice. I thought it a bit odd but didn't give it much more of a thought.
Today I found that I have a new allergy specialist at the hospital as the last one quit and moved overseas and what do you know, my files have been lost or gone missing from the hospital as well.
This is one big pain in the arse as I had to explain my entire allergy history all over again to the new specialist as she had no idea why I had been referred or what had previously been diagnosed.
WTF????
Neither my GP or specialist seemed overly concerned about it but they both stated it was a wee bit strange and inexplicable.

It must be just a stupid coincidence. I cant think of what use it would be or why anyone would take because if someone wanted them for some stupid reason then why not just photograph them and put them back. Nobody would be any wiser to it :roll:
They're either incompetent or someone's out to get you. Both are equally plausible possibilities, but eliminate the first one and then explore the latter. If they do find them, ask for a copy for yourself - that way if they go missing, at least YOU have them.
