I had a good look around and I reckon this is a A310-304 MRTT.

That stands for Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT)

The Canadian Forces are converting two of their five A310s, which are known as the CC-150 Polaris in Canadian service, to MRTT configuration.

Maybe that is what it is since it is in Canada

Hey Tranceformer,

That photo posted of the inside of the boeing actually turned out to be ballast kegs utilised when the aircraft is acceptance tested. They fill them with water and then pump that around other kegs located in the fuselage to determine the effects of extra weighting during aircraft maneuvers ...

Im not saying anything dodgy does not take place, but in that instance the photo has been mis-interpreted ..
