You can PM me and I can tell you exactly how I got this event running here in Wellington.
As secondfield said above it only takes someone with initiative to start it and run it which I did here. I can certainly help you out with a few of the "ins and outs" of it all should you decide to run with the idea.
I have resigned from my position of starting and running these film nights after 2 1/2 years in Wellington now and handed it over to 4 people whom I am sure will continue the project and take it in new and exciting directions but will gladly help others out in other places to get the same going. That was the plan from the beginning, step out and prove it works to everyone and let the thing "go viral".
